Our Design/Build Process:

Initial Call

The initial call involves a brief telephone interview to establish the scope of the work and a rough idea of what type of an investment budget may be needed.

Site Visit

Trademark Remodeling and your family meet and discuss the scope of work. The proposed area is researched and measurements may be taken.

Design

The company's pre-construction services include all phases of design. Project tasks are presented in a detailed proposal along with a guaranteed completion date.

Construction

As soon as the construction proposal is signed, construction drawings and specifications are created. Once permits are approved, the actual construction will begin!
