Eric Swanson is the Founder & President of Trademark Remodeling, Inc.  His extensive education, training, and background include Residential Design/Build, with a strong emphasis on business management.


Eric's 26 years of experience and innovative leadership have made Trademark Remodeling Mid-Maryland's Premier Residential Remodeling Company.  His primary objective is to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology and design trends, allowing him to bring innovative ideas to each client.  His commitment to education has successfully enabled him to exceed that expectation.

Eric's CGR and CAPS designations have placed him in a professional and exclusive group of dedicated remodelers who have set themselves apart from their competition.  These prestigious certifications, sponsored by the NAHB Remodelers, have been earned by only a small group of remodeling contractors nation wide.

Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists (CAPS) are equipped with the technical skills to effectively service the burgeoning market for aging-in-place home modifications.


 
Todd Swanson
Estimator/Director of Purchasing

Todd has been with Trademark Remodeling for over 14 years as of July 2009.  Todd is our Head Estimator and also coordinates the accurate arrival of trade specialists and materials to each and every job site.  Todd is extremely knowledgeable regarding every aspect of the "Trademark Process".  Todd works closely with our sales team to develop detailed computerized estimates which are unique to each project.  As the process moves forward, Todd ensures a smooth transition to the production team, with whom he coordinates material deliveries and scheduling.  His commitment to customer satisfaction is apparent with each project he undertakes. 



Matt Sturgeon
Production Manager

Matt began his career in the remodeling industry over 13 years ago as a carpenter's assistant and has steadily worked his way up to an advanced management position.  He coordinates all daily, weekly, and monthly activities regarding scheduling, material deliveries, and production. Matt works closely with every client throughout the construction process.  He's the go-to guy for answers regarding the day-to-day production for each remodeling project.  Matt is also an accomplished remodeling carpenter. Skilled in all construction trades, Matt is a valuable asset to Trademark Remodeling and to our clients. A vital member of the Trademark family, Matt often participates in educational seminars in order to continually enhance his efforts in providing excellence and professionalism to our clients.

 



TJ Swanson
Assistant Manager of Operations

 

TJ has worked on and off with Trademark Remodeling for over 8 years while attending high school and college.  He recently graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in the field of Communication.  TJ brings a new and unique skill set to the Trademark team.  His innovative office management skills and his carpentry experience make TJ a valuable asset both administratively and on the job site.
