Todd has been in the remodeling industry since 1995, holding a variety of positions throughout his career. Now an efficient and valuable manager, Todd is also an accomplished carpenter and electrician. He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the “DBRG Process”. Todd oversees the flow of each project—from the initial design and estimate through the final construction process. His commitment to provide the ultimate remodeling experience for each of our clients is unparalleled.
Brian Titus,
Estimating and Sales
Brian’s unique blend of professionalism and creativity brings fresh ideas and perspectives to each new client. His goal is simple… To explain to homeowners why they should hire to design and build their remodeling projects. He details the many benefits that DBRG brings to every job, and shows why DBRG is superior to other contractors. He also assists our clients in the development of details and design. Brian has a good understanding of what our clients want and need, because he was originally a client himself– twice – before he became a vital cog in the DBRG wheel.
Tom Sinor,
Estimating and Sales
As one of ‘s Sales Consultants, Tom works to provide a comprehensive consultation that incorporates an initial assessment of our client’s goals and works closely with the design team, production team, and construction team to turn those goals into reality. Tom started a home improvement business directly out of High School, securing his MHIC
Joe Brigandi,
Project Manager
If Joe is assigned as your Project Manager, you will see him every day as he performs a vital role in the construction process. As your Project Manager, Joe will schedule, coordinate, and oversee all daily and weekly aspects of the successful construction and completion of your project. Joe is very detail-oriented and always ensures 100% satisfaction. Joe brings with him several years of experience working in various aspects of the construction industry.
Brian Clise,
Project Manager
As Project Manager, Brian will be in daily contact with you once the construction phase begins. He will schedule, coordinate, and oversee all daily and weekly aspects of the successful construction and completion of your project. With 30 years of experience in the construction field, Brian is an expert in all areas of the remodeling industry. Brian’s reliability and fun-loving personality have helped him develop many long-lasting friendships with homeowners over the years. Brian is as loyal to his clients as he is to our country — he proudly served as a United States Navy Seabee for seven years.
Leah Arthur,
Project Manager
Leah has been trained to know the ins and outs of your project and will be able to assist with any questions or concerns that may arise during the construction phase. Leah will be in daily contact once construction begins as she will be scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing all daily and weekly aspects of the successful construction and completion of your project. Leah graduated from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in December 2011 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management.
Amber Watters,
Administrative Office Assistant
As the Administrative Office Assistant, Amber manages most of the behind-the-scenes work at . Her voice and face will become very familiar as you contact the DBRG office. It is Amber’s responsibility to keep things at the office running smoothly so that your remodeling team can be as efficient as possible with every aspect of your home improvement project. Amber has an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Carroll Community College, and is currently pursuing her Business Degree.
Ryan Swanson,
Marketing & Media Specialist
Ryan is responsible for making sure DBRG’s presentation to new customers is just as professional as the work we provide. He has overlooked the implementation of our new logo, website, and various media strategies. In addition, Ryan makes sure that our office runs with the highest level of efficiency using the latest computer & networking technology available. While Ryan has been involved with many different aspects of DBRG over the years, he found his calling as Marketing & Media Specialist upon graduating from Towson University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Art & Design.
Donya Oneto, CPA,
Accountant & Financial Planner
As DBRG’s Accountant, Donya manages and updates all financial records so that production is never impeded. As an active member of the Maryland Society of Accountants (MSA) and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), Donya has over eighteen years of experience in the financial and human resources sectors. She received her CPA in 1989 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.
